Social Media and Content Manager

Warsaw, Hybrid, Full-time

We are looking for an SMM with strong design and creative skills to join our growing team in Poland. This role combines social media management, content creation, and brand communication. It is ideal for someone who can manage platforms strategically while producing visually engaging content that reflects our brand identity.

Alyors Group is a holding company with a strong presence in health, dietary supplements, and cosmetics. Among its brands is Orzax, established in 2004, which has become the OTC market leader in Turkey. With GMP-certified and FDA-registered production facilities, Orzax exports its products to more than 50 countries and is recognized as a trusted brand by healthcare professionals and consumers alike.

Orzax Poland was founded in Warsaw in 2024 and has been active in e-commerce for the past year. Since entering the market, our brand has quickly gained the attention and trust of Polish consumers, and we are now expanding our operations further by strengthening our local marketing and content team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Google Maps) with consistent tone, visuals, and messaging.
  • Create engaging photo and video content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Prepare and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and emails across platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Develop and manage barter and influencer collaborations, including identifying potential partners, preparing budget proposals, and presenting them for approval.
  • Coordinate with the Istanbul marketing team to align on ad campaigns and brand communication.
  • Track social media trends and viral formats, adapting them quickly to the Orzax brand style.
  • Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all content and platforms.
  • Manage Google Maps profile by responding to reviews and questions.
  • Connect website content such as blogs and product pages with social media through creative storytelling.
  • Prepare performance reports every two weeks summarizing engagement, growth, and campaign results.
 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within the health and wellness industries.
  • Experience working with supplement brands or within an e commerce environment will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent command of social media platforms and creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and CapCut.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation, design, or trend analysis is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of brand communication, visual aesthetics, and storytelling.
  • Ability to plan, produce, and execute content independently while maintaining brand standards.
  • Proactive mindset with strong organization and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (daily work language). Polish native speaker.
  • Comfortable working in a full-time office environment in Warsaw.
