Ecommerce Specialist

Among its brands is Orzax, established in 2004, which has become the OTC market leader in Turkey. With GMP-certified and FDA-registered production facilities, Orzax exports its products to more than 50 countries and is recognized as a trusted brand by healthcare professionals and consumers alike.

Orzax Poland was founded in Warsaw in 2024 and has been active in e-commerce for the past year. Since entering the market, our brand has quickly gained the attention and trust of Polish consumers, and we are now expanding our operations further. This role will play a key part in managing online marketplace activities (Allegro, Empik, Amazon), enhancing product listings and sales performance, and directly supporting Orzax’s growth strategy in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Allegro, Empik, Amazon operations: stock management, product listings, SEO optimization, campaign and advertising (Allegro Ads, Amazon Ads), competitor price tracking and performance tracking.
  • Explore new marketplace opportunities in Poland, including account setup, product listing, and operational launch.
  • Optimize website product listings (Orzax.pl) for SEO and conversion (titles, descriptions, visuals, tags).
  • Conduct competitor price analysis and deliver actionable insights.
  • Prepare bi-weekly sales reports (15-day cycle) across Allegro, Empik, Amazon.pl, and Orzax.pl.
  • Monitor and analyze advertising campaign performance (CTR, CR, ROAS, etc.) to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage advertising budgets carefully, ensuring all campaigns stay within allocated limits while maximizing ROI.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via Allegro, Empik, and Amazon.pl platforms to maintain high seller ratings.
  • Track and report customer reviews & ratings on Allegro, Empik, and Amazon.pl, flagging negative reviews to the relevant teams.
  • Ensure content & brand consistency across all listings, coordinating with the Istanbul team for new products and campaigns.
  • Follow key e-commerce events and campaigns (e.g., Allegro Days, Black Friday) and provide recommendations for participation.
 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital sales (Allegro/Amazon experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO for product listings and online sales optimization.
  • Good understanding of online advertising & budget management (Allegro Ads, Amazon Ads, performance metrics).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to prepare and interpret sales & marketing reports.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (daily work language). Polish native speaker.
  • Comfortable working in a full-time office environment in Warsaw.
